Our philosophy

Confidence We have made it our task to relieve the decision-makers in a trustworthy manner. We support and represent the client in all strategic and operational activities. We are involved in the project from the very beginning and start the cooperation with the joint development of the project idea and project goals. Thanks to many years of experience in the industry, we have the necessary broad expertise to comprehensively understand the interests of our clients. We represent them in the best possible way in the planning phase, during the tendering, awarding and complete implementation.

Experience One of concepting GmbH's greatest strengths is its pragmatic, professional approach to unpredictable events and challenges: Our team and our network partners are crisis-tested and always able to act even under pressure. In these moments, we benefit from the precise preparation we put into every project. We always find a solution in the interest of the overall project and steer our clients' projects safely to their destination, even from difficult situations.

Competence Our team has an exceptionally broad application competence and covers all administrative, planning and technical tasks within the framework of construction project management. It is always important for us to take a holistic view of the project - quality, time and costs must be right for our customers as agreed. Our well-founded technical know-how for all trades rounds off our profile. This enables us, for example, to create and coordinate coordinated schedules and to precisely monitor and control the ongoing work.
