Your tasks
- Participation in the planning of exciting projects in the field of object planning
- Processing planning tasks within the scope of design, approval and implementation planning for construction projects
- Creation of CAD drawings and participation in the planning of components and details
- Support with planning services (quantity takeoffs, calculations, ...)
- Preparation and development of presentations
Youre profile
- Successfully completed training as a draftsman (m/f/d), construction technician (m/f/d) or designer (m/f/d) in civil engineering
- 2D CAD software preferably ArchiCAD
- Experience with the programs ArchiCAD / REVIT
- Open to the use of new CAD technologies and implementation of future BIM processes
- Very good written and spoken German
- Structured and independent way of working, ability to work in a team and commitment
Architect or civil engineer for construction supervision (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Responsibility for the preparation of implementation planning and tendering & awarding (HOAI LPH 5-7)
- Implementation of project/construction supervision according to LPH 8 of HOAI for new construction or renovation projects
- Development of technical alternatives taking into account costs, deadlines and quality
- Participation in the tendering and awarding of subcontractor services (HOAI LPH 6-7)
- Participation in the cost calculation / quotation calculation
- Responsibility for the overall organization of the construction process
- Implementation of project strategy and project goals together with an interdisciplinary team
Your profile
- Completed studies in the fields of architecture, civil engineering or similar
- Relevant professional experience in the area mentioned
- Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD or REVIT/AutoCAD 3D and confident handling of MS Office applications
- Structured and independent way of working in a project team
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge in the processing of demanding projects down to the last detail
- Decisiveness, communication skills, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team

Praktikant (m/f/d)

- On-site support for project management in day-to-day business

Ihr Profil
- Architecture, civil engineering, interior design or comparable courses of study in the higher semester
- Construction site experience through previous internships / training is an advantage
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- High level of commitment and flexibility
- Very good written and spoken German
- Structured and self-organized way of working, reliable, resilient and responsible
- Enjoy constructive teamwork and good communication skills
